Fergie:
"We've played Monaco, Inter Milan and Bayer Leverkusen twice. The only team that we haven't met is AC Milan. I've been here for 18 years and never met them. We played them in America on the tour, of course.
"But I think fate will probably throw them our way. I have that feeling. We've played against Juventus so many times. Most of their team is still intact. They have strengthened in one or two positions and have a new manager in Fabio Capello. Nevertheless we know a lot about them having played them over the years."
Jaap Stam would be happy if Fergie is proved right, he said, “Not only would it be a great clash between two teams who could win the tournament but it would give me the chance to go back for the first time. I have so many happy memories from my three years there.”
The draw is made tomorrow at 11am.
