Fabien Barthez will not face any charges over an incident in which a disabled supporter was hit by a water bottle at Leeds United's Elland Road stadium.
French international Barthez was quizzed by West Yorkshire police following the incident, which happened during United's 1-0 defeat to Leeds on September 14.

It had been alleged that Barthez threw or kicked a plastic water bottle into the crowd,
A spokeswoman for West Yorkshire Police said: 'A 31-year-old man was questioned in connection with an allegation of assault on a man on September 14 at Leeds United football ground.
'He was bailed pending further inquiries, and a file was passed to the Crown Prosecution Service for consideration. They have decided that no further action will be taken.'
Mr Richmond has previously stated that he is planning to sue Barthez for damages
