The United left-back was earlier this month given a four-match ban and also collected a £15,000 fine for an alleged fracas with Chelsea groundsman Sam Bethell after United's 2-1 defeat at Stamford Bridge on 26th April which United have decided against appealing.
"I am very angry about it because I didn't touch anybody, yet I have a four-game ban," he told MUTV.
"Sometimes bad things happen in life.
"Now I am just focusing on the Club World Cup because I want to a world champion."
Evra's four-game ban begins on 22nd December and somewhat ironically his first game on return from suspension will be against Chelsea at Old Trafford 11th January 2009.
