Ferdinand (groin) and Evra (hamstring) did not play in the 3-0 Champions League tie victory against Celtic on Tuesday evening.
However, manager Sir Alex Ferguson is hopeful of the pair returning for the match against Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday.
"I think Evra will be okay and we'll see about Rio," Fergie told MUTV.
"He suffered a little groin strain in training on Monday and it wasn't worth risking him against Celtic."
