BARTHEZ RECOVERING

Fabien Barthez is said to be recovering in hospital after an operation to remove a non-malignant skin tumour. His manager Philippe Troussier said:

"I spoke to him by phone. The operation went very well,"

"His recovery will need time, but we hope he'll be back soon,"
