"I think Arsenal are a much better team. They look like a better team,’ Tessem said.
"They play better football and seem like a whole team more than Man United do, but you never know what's going to happen."
Tessem was less than happy about the penalty shout against Roy Keane.
"I think it's a penalty because the ball comes in on the back post and I've got an open goal and he blocks my feet and prevents me from putting it in - from my point of view that's a penalty. They scored on two great chances and had we got a goal it would have been a lot more stressful for them, but since we didn't get one it got more stressful for us.
"They started controlling the game for the last 30 minutes so had we got a goal, they would have panicked a little bit more."
Gordon Strachan was happy with his side’s performance and said that Ferdinand’s outstanding display proves his point.
"You ask the guys to play one way and they did. We had our chances and had loads of crosses and corner-kicks, but I thought Ferdinand was absolutely fantastic. For him to play that well, we must have put them under some pressure."
