This from Teamtalk:
Norwegian star Ole Gunnar Solskjaer opened the scoring from the penalty spot before former United trialist Pa Modou Kah drew the sides level in the second half.
United grabbed the winner six minutes from time with Roy Keane scoring from close-range after being put through by Diego Forlan.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson was happy with his side's performance as they prepare for the new season next month.
Fergie on MUTV:
"It was a good work-out. They made some substitutions that brought some energy to their team, so we had to work hard. But it was the kind of thing we needed.
"We played well but at times we were a bit careless in the second half as we dropped the tempo, but that is to be expected in these type of matches.
"But we were given a test and that's exactly what we needed."
OGS on MUTV:
"They are a decent side. Their players are fit but running around all the time gives us the exercise we needed. It was a good work-out and we got a few goals so we are quite happy.
"It's always nice to be back home and it was a proud moment to be given the captain's armband in Oslo. Tonight was a good night.
"It wasn't a penalty in my mind but you take them and at least I've scored one in pre-season now."

And an Alty report, courtesy of Muscy on The Forum:
United fielded a youth team as expected at Moss Lane last night.
United dominated and were on top throughout. Danny Webber was very impressive and managed to grab a goal. He is fast as f**k, hope we get some good draws in the Worthless.
The centre halves Tate and Tierney also looked good.
Richardson was anonymous and subbed at h/t by Brian McClair.
Nardiello had a pretty poor game but also managed to bag one.
Midfielder Mark Lynch was also good, grabbing a hat-trick before being subbed after about an hour.
To top the night off, Bryan Robson sat down right next to me about 5 minutes into the game. Made my night. Some steward spotted him though and asked Robbo whether he would like to join the Chairman and his board for a drink. He swiftly obliged.
