The Glazers are planning to attend their first match at Old Trafford since the controversial takeover of the club when Debrecen visit in the Champions League third round qualifying match on Tuesday. The brothers have not been seen in Manchester since there were riots when all three went to look around the stadium in June
What with the IMUSA demonstration planned for that evening it should be a good opportunity for all of us to show them how we feel. Here's a reminder:
THIS IS FOR ALL MUFC SUPPORTERS WHO OPPOSED GLAZER'S TAKEOVER - WHETHER YOU ARE GOING INTO THE GROUND OR NOT, PLEASE JOIN IN.
A Walk down the Warwick Road/SMBW, stay out for the first five minutes
We will have leaflets available from 6.45pm onwards by Trafford Pub where we will gather for the march. Make sure you are there before 7.45pm but the earlier the better.
The march will leave the Trafford Pub at 7.45pm, 20 mins before kick off (8.05pm kick off) and down Sir Matt Busby Way to gather outside the Megastore where supporters who are going to the game can join with those who are not, to register their protest by staying outside for the first five minutes. (The game is Live on BBC so the more empty
seats at KO the better).
The aim is to reinforce IMUSA's call for a boycott by also bringing in those supporters who are attending the game but want to make their feelings known to the Glazers.
When we walk off down SMBW we want to make as MUCH NOISE AS POSSIBLE, so bring anything you need to do that, along with you on the night.
